MANAMA - Two officials from the Philippine-based Royal
Ventures Group of Companies (RVGC) will be in Bahrain on a 10-day visit to meet
with members of the community and possible investors.

The group is a mixture of construction and property development companies duly
registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission and primarily
engaged in housing projects and subdivision development in the Philippines.

The officials Ed Zialcita and Joe Abadesco will be meeting with Filipinos as
well as other nationals interested in investing in housing property in the
Philippines tomorrow at the Baisan International Hotel's Al Hoora Hall in
Manama.

Topics to be discussed during the meeting will include low-cost housing for
Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and the new building technology called the
Royal Building System.

The officials' visit has been organized by Eric Agbulos and Bubot Ortega in
association with the Pag-Ibig Fund Information Center, and Overseas Workers
Welfare Administration (OWWA) information officer Dr. Josephine Fernandez.

One of the aims of the meeting is to make Filipinos living in Bahrain more aware
of the benefits they can get by becoming Pag-Ibig Fund members.

RVGC is affiliated with Royal Group Technologies based in Toronto, Canada. The
group is accredited by the Pag-Ibig Fund, or the Philippine govern- ment's
Overseas Development Housing Fund, which is the biggest housing agency in the
Philippines. Filipinos working abroad who become members of the Pag-Ibig Fund
are able to get housing loans to purchase homes anywhere in the Philippines.
