Royal Ventures launches sales blitz for Tangle (Mexico) project

ROYAL VENTURES Land Holdings, Corp., a leading real estate
conglomerate in the country has last week launched its widely-acclaimed housing
project in Pampanga located at Tangle, Mexico town.

Governor Lito Lapid and provincial officials welcomed the entry of the low-cost
housing subdivision as "a timely, valuable, and economical shelter program in
the province" and lauded Royal Ventures investors for its development project
according to Mexico Mayor Ernesto Punzalan.



Lapid cited Royal's vice-chairman Tony Agozzino, a world famous practicing
lawyer from Canada and a real estate magnate in that country; president Joe
Abadesco and vice-president and general manager Flora J. Abadesco, a well known
realtor and developer of the country.



Mrs. Abadesco has a long and colorful experience in Philippine real estate
practices, including development work, housing subdivision management and
operations, sales and marketing and corporate planning.



Royal Ventures has also announced the appointment of a former Clark Development
Corporation executive and a veteran of government service in various capacities
as the firm's senior vice-president for corporate affairs. His name will be
announced next week pending formal appointment to the position, Mrs. Abadesco
said.



The subdivision project's innovative Canadian housing technology that makes
durable, beautiful, and tested as typhoon, earthquake, water and anay resistant
residential units with costs affordable to all Pampangueños.



It is a GSIS assisted housing project complete with amenities like a beautiful
massive gate, perimeter fence, a multi-purpose clubhouse with three basketball

church, wet and dry market, skating and jogging rinks, and plenty of parks and

party and year-end awarding ceremony.

With sales worth more than Php 135 million in less than 10 months of operations,
the company gave their sales people their due recognition. Some Php500,000 worth
of appliances and other awards were given to the different sales agentsand
brokers. The company gave out as prizesa 1.5 hp aircon, a karaoke, a VHS
recorder, and other household appliances. Special trophies and certificates were
likewise given to deserving performers who achieved their quota for the month.
