Royal Ventures Construction & Dev., Inc. together with other developers in
the country, joined CREBA in a six-day trip tot the U.S. to attend a Fil-American
sponsored Business Conference the "First Philippine Information Technology,
Trade, Investment, & Tourism Business Conference & Expo" held at the Hilton
Burbank Convention Center in Burbank, Los Angeles, California last Nov. 6 to 7,
2001. The Conference was organized to bring together and match Filipino and
American businessmen in the U.S. in the fields of information technology, real
estate, banking & finance, tourism, and other industries to facilitate linkages
with their Fiilipno counterparts in the Phlippines - as jumping boards for a
mutually profitable and long-lasting business relationships between these
companies in the future.



RVCDI joined in the exhibits with a booth exhibiting their projects and their
unique Canadian building technology, the "Royal Building System". Thy also held
conferences and briefings with potential brokers and made presentations to
potential buyers and investors.



The Conference included a tour at some potential real estate investment
opportunities in California, a visit to a housing site, and ended with some
shopping time and a free day at "Disneyworld".
