| What are the documents that Royal Ventures will provide me? |
| Upon reservation, you will be given a copy of the signed Reservation Agreement. Upon full downpayment, a Contract To Sell will be signed, with the notarized copy given to you after one week. • The Deed of Sale is processed upon full payment of your property. • The Property Titles are processed and delivered to you within ninety (90) days from the time the Deed of Sale was notarized. • The Tax Declaration is issued after one month of transfer of the property to the Buyer’s name. • Official receipts are issued every time a payment is made (i.e., downpayment, monthly amortization). |
